Problem with Bamboo Wacom pen!!! QAQ

i got a problem with my wacom pen

when i try to use the tip of the pen it doesnt work but when i use the bottom (eraser part) it's 100% work

so if anyone can help me plz do tell me >____<

QAQ I STILL HAVE A LOT STUFF TO DRAW N COLOUR!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
